Cool Cats, Cool Contest

Princess.

Our Cutest Senior Cat Contest is the place for hep cats of all stripes. Upload a photo of your senior cat and the OldCatsRule community will select the winner. Plus, you get a lot more than bragging rights: World’s Best Cat Litter will give the winner a 6-month supply of litter (that’s based on a one-cat household) and OCR will also give you a boho chic tote bag designed exclusively for us. Where else can you find style and substance?

Visit OldCatsRule on Facebook to see all the entries and get to know the community.

We love to laugh while showing the world that senior cats can be the best pets. They aren’t fuzzy kittens but they have a lifetime of experience and love and only ask for someone share the world with them. As Adopt-a-Senior-Pet Month draws to a close, we hope we’ve shown that older pets are like fine wine — they get better with age.

We’d like to thank World’s Best Cat Litter for sharing our philosophy — and their eco-friendly litter.

The contest ends December 16 and the winner will be announced December 28.

  1. I agree – I think many cats get better with age. I have one like that – Panther. She is so easy to get along with. One of our young ones – Stripe – is just too frenetic most of the time. Of course, a young person would probably prefer the fiesty Stripe. But I’m getting up there myself and love to just hang out peacefully with Panther!

To anyone reading this – please visit my blog about a colony of abandoned/feral cats near my home. And you might decide to sign on as a follower to my blog since it has stories and information helpful for cat caretakers everywhere.
    Thank you,

The young’uns are great — my three have been with me since they were kittens. However, when they cross the threshhold into maturity it seems some of them become more human than some people, if that makes sense.

      Thanks for the feedback, Debby.
